Every morning at 5AM, while most of Mooloolaba is still asleep, we're flipping eggs for the dawn patrol—surfers dripping saltwater, swimmers fresh from the pool, joggers catching their breath, tradies getting a jump on the day.

When we learned how hard it is for families with coeliac kids to find somewhere safe to eat, we invested in a dedicated gluten-free fryer. Not because it was easy, but because every family deserves to eat out without the worry.
